Workout the the Week: Chest and Back Supersets!
This weeks WOW workout is a chest and back crusher. We are going to utilize a pair of dumbbells to work your upper body with supersets. Do each exercise in the superset back to back, rest, and then get started on the next pair. Have fun and enjoy the gains.
1. Dumbbell Rows 20 reps
2. Supinated front raises 20 reps
3. Renegade Row to Pushups 10 reps
Row each arm then push up.
4. Hand Walks 30 reps
Walk the hands out-out then in-in.
5. Floor Press w/ a leg raise hold
6. Dumbbell Pullover
