Biography:  Jason has been involved with health, fitness, and sports his entire life.  He’s played baseball at the AAU level, wrestling, MMA, and cross country at the high school level, and basketball at the collegiate level.  His approach to safe, yet efficient exercises has led to the success he’s had throughout his time competing.  Since graduating from college, he has put forth effort to teach what he has learned through his personal trials and errors with fitness principles, dieting for weight loss and muscle gain, and remaining injury and pain free to his own clients.  He looks forward to meeting your needs.
